5 things to know about my career (and me)

  1. Turned $360 into 360

Mid-western gal shows up in New York City with $360, couch surfs until she begs her way into an entry-level advertising job, and never looks back. Not exactly a Hollywood movie, but it is how I became a 360 creative director-slash-writer who loves every minute of it.

  2. Two for one.

I bring the best of both worlds—the creative culture of an advertising agency, and the business acumen of having led an in-house team.

  3. Done it all.

A partial list: above the line, below the line, and online. Planes, trains and automobiles. Big tech, big business, and big money. Landlines, cellphones and text. Etc., etc. and etc.

  4. Can’t stump me.

Not for long, anyway. I have a keen curiosity and the tenacity of a bull dog when it comes to figuring out a way to get something done.

  5. There’s more.

In-between my day job and sleep, I fit in family life, a big fluffy white dog who seems to think I was put on this earth to pet him, burying myself in my phone more than I should, running, snowboarding, and fine dining (but never fine cooking).

  6. I’m talking to you.

I never forget who I work for: the audience. Right now, that’s you. You probably want some time, dates and places. Here’s my resume.
